Which artwork files can I prepare?
PSD, PNG, PDF and AI files are accepted. Where possible, use CMYK artwork at 300 DPI or higher and separate layers or sides when the intended result requires them.
When should I contact the team?
Contact us before ordering when several products need to coordinate, the artwork setup is unclear or the project has a required date.
Do the guides provide a delivery estimate?
No. Production is 10 business days after final artwork approval, and shipping transit cannot be estimated or guaranteed.
