Upload the artwork for that configuration. Use separate files for products or processes with different requirements.
Approve
Review the final artwork carefully. Production begins after approval, so confirm visible details before proceeding.
Artwork preparation
Send files that make the intended result clear
PSD, PNG, PDF and AI files are accepted. Where possible, prepare artwork in CMYK at 300 DPI or higher. Transparent PNG or layered PSD files are helpful for custom shapes, double-sided designs and separated effects.

After final approval
Production, dispatch and transit
Please allow 10 business days for production before dispatch. Where available, checkout may offer Air Shipping and Sea Shipping. Air Shipping is the faster option after dispatch. Sea Shipping takes longer and is intended for eligible larger shipments.
When does the 10-business-day production period begin?
It begins after the final artwork is approved. A later change may require a new review and can restart the production timeline.
Can transit time be estimated?
Shipping transit cannot be estimated or guaranteed because destination, customs and carrier conditions vary.
What if I have a required event date?
Contact us before ordering with the required date and project details. This helps the team understand the constraint, but it does not create a guaranteed delivery date.
