Products Introduction

Soft Enamel Pins
Soft enamel pins are made from metal (usually zinc alloy) and then filled with enamel color. The result is a textured surface where you can feel the raised and recessed details of the design, giving it a "grooved" or
"textured" feel. Enamel colors cannot have shading or gradients; the colors must be solid and separated by metal lines.

Hard Enamel Pins
Hard enamel essentially means that the enamel filling is level with the metal frame or border. These pins are smooth to the touch across the entire surface. Hard enamel is created using the same process as soft enamel but is finished with a buffed sheen that evens out the paint and metal to create a flat surface. They are considered to be the fanciest and highest perceived value style of lapel pin.

Die Struck Pins
Die struck pins are similar to soft enamel pins but without colors. They feature a textured surface where you can feel the raised and recessed details of the design.
Diestruck antique pins are metal pins that are "antiqued," giving them a matte or lusterless appearance.
Sand blast polish pins are similar to diestruck antique pins, but they have a polished and shiny finish.

Custom Photodome Pins
Photodome printed pins are recommended for highly detailed designs that include shading or gradient colors. Even the most complex designs can be faithfully reproduced with photodome printing.
Unlike hard and soft enamel pins, where colors are filled into molds, photodome pins feature printed designs. These designs are typically covered with an epoxy dome, enhancing durability and longevity.

Other Complex Processe
There are also many more complex processes (such as Hollow.
Stained Glass. Hinge. Slider, Chains. Rotating) that require separate contact with a us for a quote.
