1. Choose a product
Browse by product type, compare the available choices and select the configuration shown on the product page. For range planning, see creator merchandise, business merchandise or event and team merchandise.
2. Upload and prepare your artwork
Use the file requirements shown for the product. Clear, correctly sized artwork helps the proofing process move smoothly. The artwork file guide is a practical starting point.
3. Review and approve
Check the artwork proof carefully and request changes if needed. Production starts only after final artwork approval.
4. Production
Production time is 10 business days after final artwork approval. Build this production period into launches, events and restock plans.
5. Tracked shipping
Tracked Standard and Tracked Express may be available at checkout. Transit time varies by destination and carrier, so it cannot be estimated precisely or guaranteed. Place time-sensitive orders with additional planning margin.
