Which file formats can I send?

PSD, PNG, PDF and AI files are accepted. Where possible, prepare artwork in CMYK at 300 DPI or higher. Transparent PNG or layered PSD files are helpful for custom shapes and separated effects.

Can I use the same design on several products?

Yes, but each product or process may require a different file setup. Upload the appropriate artwork with each product configuration.

Can I change the design after approval?

Review the final artwork carefully before approval. Changes cannot be made once approved production has begun; additional production costs may apply and the production timeline may restart if a later change is possible.

What if my project includes several products?

Contact us with the product types, approximate quantities, intended use and artwork status. We can then understand how the pieces need to coordinate before you order.
